Daftar Lengkap Nominasi Golden Globe Awards 2022

Daftar lengkap nominasi Golden Globe Awards 2022 telah diumumkan pada Senin (13/12) malam waktu Indonesia oleh Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA).

Sejumlah judul berhasil menyabet nominasi, salah satunya Squid Game. Serial asal Korea Selatan tersebut berhasil mendapatkan sejumlah nominasi Golden Globe Awards 2022 untuk kategori serial televisi terbaik.

Nominasi lain untuk Squid Game datang dari kategori aktor serial televisi terbaik bidang drama untuk Lee Jung-jae, serta aktor pendukung serial televisi terbaik bidang drama untuk O Yeong-su.

Untuk bidang film drama, Belfast dan The Power of the Dog bersaing ketat dengan tujuh nominasi. Kemudian King Richard dengan empat nominasi, Dune mendapatkan tiga nominasi, dan CODA sebanyak dua nominasi.

Sementara untuk film musikal dan komedi, film Don’t Look Up, Licorice Pizza, dan West Side Story bersaing dengan masing-masing memperoleh empat nominasi.

Pengumuman daftar nominasi Golden Globe Awards 2022 ini datang setelah setahun terakhir, HFPA digempur berbagai isu miring semenjak pelaksanaan Golden Globe 2021 yang menuai kritik. Mulai dari keanggotaan beragam yang kurang hingga pelaksanaan Golden Globe Awards yang dipertanyakan.

Bahkan, pelaksanaan Golden Globe Awards 2022 sempat dipertanyakan dan mendapatkan boikot. Namun HFPA menjamin bahwa ajang penghargaan film dan serial yang kini memasuki tahun ke-79 ini akan tetap berlangsung pada 9 Januari 2022.

Golden Globe Awards merupakan salah satu ajang penghargaan utama di Hollywood yang biasanya membuka musim penghargaan di awal tahun. Dilaksanakan oleh HFPA, Golden Globe dikenal sebagai salah satu barometer keberhasilan film dan serial televisi Amerika juga internasional.
