Will Syahrini Skip The Firs Travel Assembly Again?

Syahrini is known to have been absent from the assembly of fraud cases conducted First Travel. Previously, Syahrini was scheduled to attend on Wednesday March 14, 2018 along with Vicky Shu who also became one of the witnesses of the case.

Currently, the elder sister of Aisyahrani is known in Europe. And it seems, she will skip the call of the District Court of Depok, West Java again.

More specifically, the Prosecutor stated that the Criminal Procedure Code sets the time limit for making a summons to the witness, ie three times. However, if re-followed, Syahrini will certainly be threatened with punishment for refusing to give testimony in the Constitutional Court.

“In the Criminal Procedure Code there is no deadline, but until three times, Yesterday Mr. Heri JPU has said,” said Tri Zahra as the Prosecutor of First Travel, who was contacted by telephone on Tuesday (20/3/2018).

If within a given time limit, Syahrini is absent, then there will be a criminal sanction namely Article 224 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.

“(Punishment) I’m forget the article, but there is a chapter, but hopefully not, because the assembly is obligatory,” he added.

As is known, if Syahrini absent again on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, then she is practically lost to attend the two assembly. That is, the 35-year-old woman only has time next week to attend if she does not want to get a sanction or threat of punishment.

Article 224 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code reads:

Anyone summoned as an expert witness, expert or interpreter by law deliberately failing to comply with the obligations under the law to which it is required, shall be threatened:

1. In a criminal case, with a maximum imprisonment of nine months.
